Wedding Desk is currently in beta. These guides describe the workflows that are available now. Some articles are still being expanded with fuller instructions, screenshots and video.
What this article covers
Review questionnaire answers after they are recorded live or submitted by the couple.
Why review matters
Questionnaire answers are often more open-ended than intake answers. They may include preferences, priorities, concerns or context. Read them before deciding what belongs in the actual plan.
Steps
- Open the project.
- Go to Questionnaire.
- Open View answers or Questionnaire answers.
- Read each answer.
- Decide whether the information should stay as context or become structured project data.
- Move useful details into the right workspace.
Where answers may belong
- Planning decisions: Wedding timeline
- Image priorities: Shot list
- People or suppliers: Vendors & contacts
- Internal interpretation: Notes
- Visual direction: Style notes
What happens after review
Answers stay available in the questionnaire answer area. Wedding Desk does not automatically update other modules from questionnaire answers unless a specific module shows that behavior.
Tips & suggestions
- Do not copy every answer into the timeline.
- Move only final planning details into structured workspaces.
- Keep sensitive interpretation in internal Notes.
