1. About Wedding Desk

Wedding Desk is a wedding-planning tool in development for professional wedding photographers and videographers.

The product is designed to help users collect, structure and manage wedding project information, including intake details, timelines, shot lists, gear lists, vendor details, action points and delivery preparation.

Because Wedding Desk is still being built, some features may be incomplete, experimental, limited to invited users or changed before public launch.

2. Website use

You may use the Wedding Desk website to learn about the product, contact us, join the mailing list, subscribe to updates or request more information.

You agree not to misuse the website. This means you must not attempt to interfere with the security, availability or normal operation of the website, access systems without permission, upload malicious code, scrape the website in a disruptive way or use the website for unlawful purposes.

3. Mailing list, signup and preview use

Joining the access list does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, a permanent account or any specific feature.

If you are selected for beta access to Wedding Desk Go or another preview version, access may be limited, changed, paused or withdrawn at any time, and features may contain bugs, incomplete workflows or temporary limitations.

You should not rely on a preview version of Wedding Desk as the only copy of important business, client or wedding project information. You remain responsible for keeping appropriate records and backups for your own work.

4. Accounts

If account access becomes available, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account. You must not share access in a way that allows unauthorized use of Wedding Desk.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe that an account is being misused, used unlawfully or used in a way that may harm Wedding Desk, other users or the service.

5. Your content and project data

You remain responsible for the content and information you enter into Wedding Desk.

This may include client information, wedding details, vendor information, timelines, notes, shot lists, uploaded files or other project-related material.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to enter and use this information in Wedding Desk.

You keep ownership of your own project data. Wedding Desk does not claim ownership of the content you add to your account.

6. Product ownership

Wedding Desk owns the website, product design, interface, branding, software, text, structure, visual design and other materials created for the service, unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or misuse any part of Wedding Desk without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wedding Desk to store, upload, share or process content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading or intended to compromise the security of the service.

You must not use Wedding Desk to send spam, impersonate others, violate the rights of others or attempt to gain unauthorized access to data, accounts or systems.

8. No professional advice

Wedding Desk is a workflow and planning tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, insurance, business or professional advice.

You remain responsible for your own contracts, client agreements, business decisions, pricing, tax obligations, legal obligations and project delivery.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Wedding Desk useful, stable and available, but we do not guarantee that the website or any preview version will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update, change, limit, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, preview or product as Wedding Desk develops.

10. Future paid services

Wedding Desk currently does not offer a public paid subscription through this website.

If paid plans, subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations or refunds are introduced later, additional terms may apply. Those terms will be provided before paid use begins.

11. Third-party services

Wedding Desk may depend on trusted third-party services for hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, security, support or similar operational needs.

Wedding Desk's primary application infrastructure and backend are hosted in the United States. This includes the OVHcloud US application runtime in Vint Hill, Virginia and the Convex backend in US East.

Personal data may therefore be transferred to and processed in the United States as explained in the Privacy & Cookies and Data Processing pages.

Google Analytics 4 loads on public and signed-in pages only after you accept analytics. Public pages may provide general visit, engagement, browser and broad device information. Wedding Desk uses a coarse responsive viewport-size band, not an exact screen resolution, and keeps granular location and device-data collection disabled.

Signed-in analytics consists only of manual page views with fixed synthetic screen paths and small fixed workflow events. This can show common screen order, engagement and where a flow stops, but never the real private URL, project slug, identifier or query string.

Analytics never includes names, email addresses, account or project IDs, project titles, notes, answers, filenames, form values or other free text. Automatic click and form capture, autocapture and session replay are not used. You can change the single analytics choice at any time on the Privacy & Cookies page without losing product features.

Necessary first-party error, reliability and security records are separate from Google Analytics and remain active where needed to operate and protect the service.

Your use of Wedding Desk may also involve integrations or links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content that we do not control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wedding Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, lost opportunities, business interruption or project delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

13. Account closure and deletion

You may stop using the website or any preview version of Wedding Desk at any time.

Signed-in users can download an account-data export before deleting their account. Account deletion requires a separate confirmation in the profile area, including typing the displayed confirmation phrase.

Once account deletion is confirmed, Wedding Desk immediately starts permanently deleting the sign-in, user-owned account data and owned uploads. The account does not enter a recovery or read-only period. Deleted account data cannot be restored by Wedding Desk, so any required export must be downloaded before confirming deletion.

A minimal technical record may be kept temporarily to finish a provider deletion request already started under an earlier analytics setup. Limited records may also be retained where required for security, legal obligations or dispute resolution; these records cannot be used to restore the deleted account.

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated, if the service is misused, if continued access creates a security or legal risk, or if the preview programme ends.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Wedding Desk develops, especially when beta access, paid plans or new product features are introduced.
