What this article covers
Use the intake link when the couple should fill in the client request themselves. The link lets them open the request without signing into your private workspace.
What the intake link can include
The client request can include:
- Intake sections
- Questionnaire questions, when enabled
- Style notes, when enabled
This keeps the couple-facing flow simpler than sending separate links for every type of answer.
Before you share the link
Check the request before sending it. Make sure the sections you want are enabled and that any questionnaire or style note parts are ready.

Steps
- Open the project.
- Go to Intake.
- Review Intake sections.
- Use Preview to check the client-facing request.
- Find Intake link.
- Click Copy link.
- Wait for Copied! if the UI shows it.
- Send the link to the couple.
- After they submit, return to Intake to review answers.
What happens after the couple submits
The answers are stored with the project. Review them in the intake or answer area, then move useful planning details into the right Wedding Desk workspace.

Tips & suggestions
- Preview before sending the link.
- Send one clear message with the link and what you need from the couple.
- Do not promise that every answer automatically changes the plan. Review answers first.
