Save a calculator quote to a project

Use Save to project when a quote from the standalone calculator belongs to a wedding project.

When this is useful

This is useful when you started in the main Calculator and later decide the quote belongs to a specific wedding.

If you already opened the calculator from inside a project, use the project calculator instead.

Before you start

You need at least one project in your account and a calculator quote that you want to keep.

Steps

1. Open Calculator.
2. Build or open the quote draft.
3. Review package, coverage, add-ons, travel, discount and VAT or tax.
4. Review the quote total.
5. Select the project.
6. Click Save to project.
7. Wait for the saved confirmation.
8. Open the project to review the quote.

What happens after saving

Wedding Desk saves the price, currency, inputs and terms to the selected project. The amount is not converted. You can reopen the quote in the project calculator.

What does not happen

Wedding Desk does not send the quote automatically, process payment or create an invoice when you save calculator work to a project.
