The standalone workspace calculator lets you build quote drafts while signed in, without starting from a specific project.
Steps
- Open the workspace calculator.
- Click or use Build quote.
- Enter the package, coverage, add-ons, travel, discount, VAT or tax and payment details you need.
- Review the quote total.
- Save a draft if you want to keep working on it.
- Use Add quote to project if you want to connect the result to a selected project.
What happens after saving
A saved draft stays in the workspace calculator. If you add the quote to a project, Wedding Desk connects the calculator work to that project.
Tips & suggestions
- Use the standalone calculator when you are comparing pricing before a project is fully ready.
- Use the project calculator when the quote belongs to one specific wedding.
