Moment groups help you organize timeline moments into parts of the day.

Steps

  1. Open Wedding Timeline.
  2. Use Board view.
  3. Review the groups shown on the board.
  4. Add or move timeline moments into the right part of the day.
  5. Use Chronological view to check the final time order.
  6. Save changes when you edit a moment.

How this helps

Groups make the timeline easier to plan. Chronological view makes it easier to check timing. Both views work with the same timeline moments.

Tips & suggestions

  • Keep groups broad enough to scan quickly.
  • Do not create a second timeline in notes or overview.
  • Use timeline moments as the source of truth for the wedding-day plan.
