- Use Board view.
- Review the groups shown on the board.
- Add or move timeline moments into the right part of the day.
- Use Chronological view to check the final time order.
- Save changes when you edit a moment.
How this helps
Groups make the timeline easier to plan. Chronological view makes it easier to check timing. Both views work with the same timeline moments.
Tips & suggestions
- Keep groups broad enough to scan quickly.
- Do not create a second timeline in notes or overview.
- Use timeline moments as the source of truth for the wedding-day plan.
