Organize timeline moments

Use both Timeline views

Use Board to plan by Timeline section and Chronological to check the full day in time order. Changes made in one view also appear in the other.

Move moments

Drag a moment between Timeline sections, or open its menu and choose Move to.... Its planned time stays the same and determines its position in the new section. Moments without a time go to the bottom.

Filter the Board

Use:

• All moments
• Missing time
• Missing location
• a specific Timeline section from the Moments menu

Filters only hide moments from the current view. They do not remove anything from the Timeline.

Duplicate or remove a moment

Choose Duplicate moment to make another editable copy.

Choose Remove to remove a moment. A built-in moment returns to Suggested moments. A custom moment is deleted.

Review after organizing

Open Chronological to check the complete time order, then review Missing time and Missing location.

Then confirm that linked shots, vendors and gear still appear with the intended part of the day.
