Organize timeline moments so the wedding day is easier to scan and review.

Steps

  1. Open the project.
  2. Go to Wedding Timeline.
  3. Use Board for grouped planning.
  4. Use Chronological for time order.
  5. Use All moments to review the full plan.
  6. Use Missing time to find moments that need timing.
  7. Use Missing location to find moments that need a place.
  8. Save changes after editing moments.

What happens when moments are organized

The timeline becomes easier to use in On The Day, Share / Print and related planning areas. Linked shots, vendors and gear are easier to understand when the timeline itself is clean.

Tips & suggestions

  • Use Board view when planning structure.
  • Use Chronological view when checking the day order.
  • Clean up missing times before sharing or printing.
