Wedding Desk is currently in beta. These guides describe the workflows that are available now. Some articles are still being expanded with fuller instructions, screenshots and video.
What this article covers
Use this article before relying on the timeline for On The Day, Share / Print or team communication.
Why this matters
A timeline can look complete while still missing details that matter under pressure. Before the wedding day, check whether the plan is practical enough to use.
Steps
- Open Wedding Timeline.
- Review All moments.
- Use Missing time to find moments without timing.
- Use Missing location to find moments without a place.
- Check the ceremony, family photos, portraits, reception and coverage wrap.
- Review linked shots, vendors and gear.
- Open Share / Print checks.
- Open On The Day and scan the focused view.
What to check in the timeline
Check these items before the wedding:
- every major moment has a clear title
- fixed anchors have times
- location changes are visible
- family photos have enough time
- portrait windows are realistic
- reception moments are ordered
- notes are short and practical
- optional template moments that do not apply have been removed
What to check in connected areas
A clean timeline works best when the connected modules are also ready.
Review Shot list for must-have shots and family groups. Review Vendors & contacts for key contacts. Review Gear list for critical items.
Tips & suggestions
- Do not share the timeline before checking missing time.
- Use a text download or print as a backup.
- Recheck the timeline after major time shifts.
