Check shared output

Wedding Desk is currently in beta. These guides describe the workflows that are available now. Some articles are still being expanded with fuller instructions, screenshots and video.

What this article covers

Use Share / Print checks before sending a share link, printing the timeline or downloading a text version.

Why checks matter

Shared output is only useful when the underlying project data is clean enough. If important times, shots, contacts or gear are missing, the output can create confusion.

Steps

  1. Open Wedding Timeline.
  2. Open Share / Print.
  3. Review Timed schedule.
  4. Check Needs time before Share / Print.
  5. Review Shot priorities.
  6. Review Contacts.
  7. Review Gear checklist.
  8. Fix gaps in the workspace that owns the missing detail.
  9. Return to Share / Print and check again.

Where to fix issues

What happens after fixing gaps

The output becomes clearer for the people who use it. This matters for second shooters, videographers, planners, venue contacts or anyone else who receives the plan.

Tips & suggestions

  • Do not share a plan that still has important missing times.
  • Check must-have shots before printing.
  • Review contacts before sharing externally.
  • Keep shared notes practical.
