Wedding Desk is currently in beta. These guides describe the workflows that are available now. Some articles are still being expanded with fuller instructions, screenshots and video.
What this article covers
Use vendor details on the wedding day to find the right person quickly and understand who matters at each point in the plan.
Before the wedding day
- Open the project.
- Go to Vendors.
- Add key people and companies.
- Add useful phone or email details.
- Add short wedding-specific notes.
- Link vendors to timeline moments when timing matters.
- Use Review gaps to find missing details.
- Open On The Day to review key contacts in the wedding-day view.
What to add for each key person
Add the information you would actually need under pressure:
- name or company
- role for this wedding
- phone number
- email if useful
- arrival or access notes
- venue restrictions
- timeline links if timing matters
How vendors appear in the plan
Linked vendors can appear in the relevant parts of the wedding-day plan. Share and print output can also include contact information when the output allows it.
Before sharing, run Share / Print checks.
Tips & suggestions
- Add the planner, venue contact and photo/video team first.
- Link vendors only when the timeline context matters.
