Create a share link when someone needs a browser-based view of the wedding-day plan without opening your private workspace.
When to use a share link
Use a share link for practical project output, such as a timeline view for a team member, planner, second shooter or collaborator.
Use Print timeline when they need a PDF or paper copy. Use Download timeline text when they need a simple text backup.
Before you create the link
Run Share / Print checks. Fix important missing times, contact gaps, shot issues or gear issues before sending the link.
Steps
- Open the project.
- Go to Wedding Timeline.
- Open Share / Print.
- Review the Share / Print checks.
- Click Create share link.
- Review Share timeline options if shown.
- Click Copy link.
- Send the link only to the people who should see the shared output.
What the share link can show
The public share page can show timeline, shots, contacts, gear and notes based on the allowed sections.
Current beta note
No visible UI was verified for disabling or revoking share links. Do not rely on a revocation workflow unless the product screen shows one.
Tips & suggestions
- Check output before sending it.
- Send share links only to people who need them.
- Download or print again after major timeline changes.
