- upcoming timeline moments
- urgent updates
- must-have shots
- current shot plan
- key contacts
- gear prep
Steps
- Open the project.
- Open On The Day.
- Review Current / next.
- Check the Current and Next timeline moments.
- Review Upcoming moments.
- Review Urgent updates if any appear.
- Check Must-have shots and the Current shot plan.
- Review Key contacts.
- Review Gear prep.
- Use Mark done or Undo for items that can be checked off.
What data appears here
On The Day can show information from the Wedding timeline, Shot list, Vendors & contacts and Gear list.

Before relying on On The Day, check What to check before the wedding day. The view is only as useful as the planning data behind it.
