Views and filters

Use All gear, Critical open, Pending, Packed and Linked to Timeline. Search can match category, gear name, quantity, notes or Timeline use.

Pending means an item still needs attention. Packed means it is ready. A Critical priority marks an item whose absence would cause a serious problem; Critical open shows critical items that are not packed.

Steps

1. Open Gear Preparation.
2. Review Critical open first.
3. Mark ready items Packed; leave unfinished items Pending.
4. Use the filters and search to check the remaining project gear.
