Export or print a timeline

Use Preview & print when you need a paper or PDF copy of the wedding day.

Steps

1. Open the project and go to Wedding Timeline.
2. Choose Share / Print.
3. In the Print or save as PDF card, choose Preview & print.
4. The full plan opens in a new tab: the timeline, the shots and the gear.
5. Print it from your browser, or save it as a PDF.
6. Check the printed or saved copy before you rely on it during the wedding day.

What printing uses

The print view uses the project as it stands when you open it. After bigger changes to the timeline, the shots or the gear, print it again.
