Use Download text when you need a plain text backup of the wedding-day plan.

When to use text download

Use text download when you want something you can store, paste into a message or keep as an offline backup. It has plainer formatting than a print or PDF copy, which is exactly what makes it easy to reuse elsewhere.

Steps

1. Open the project.
2. Go to Wedding Timeline.
3. Open Share / Print.
4. Run Share / Print checks.
5. Click Download text.
6. Save the downloaded text file.
7. Review the file before sending or relying on it.

What the text file contains

The file leads with the timed schedule, listing each moment with its time, location and notes.

Under a moment you also get Shots and Key contacts when that moment has them. Anytime shots, Contacts and locations and Gear preparation follow as their own sections, each appearing only when the project has something to put there.

Important limitation

The downloaded file does not update when the project changes. Download it again after major Timeline, shot, vendor or gear updates.
