Use Download text when you need a plain text backup of the wedding-day plan.
When to use text download
Use text download when you want something simple to store, paste, email or keep as a backup.
It is less polished than print output, but more portable.
Steps
- Open the project.
- Go to Wedding Timeline.
- Open Share / Print.
- Run Share / Print checks.
- Click Download text.
- Save the downloaded text file.
- Review the file before sending or relying on it.
What the text export can contain
The text download can include project summary, wedding day, location, coverage window, timeline, must-have shots, family groups, key contacts, contacts or locations and gear reminder summaries.
Important limitation
The downloaded file is a snapshot. It does not update itself when the project changes. Download it again after major timeline, shot, vendor or gear updates.
Tips & suggestions
- Use text download as a backup.
- Re-download after major changes.
- Use print output if layout matters.
