Steps

1. Open the calculator.
2. Fill in the quote inputs.
3. Review Quote total.
4. Open or review Profit check.
5. Adjust package price, coverage, add-ons, travel or discount if the result does not fit your target.

What Profit check is for

Profit check is a private planning aid. Enter expected editing, admin and travel time; additional photographer or videographer, equipment, travel, overhead and other costs; and your hourly and margin targets. It helps you review the quote before copying, printing or saving it to a project.

Profit check does not add those internal costs to the client quote, and its internal figures are not included in Copy quote for client or the client print view.
