Steps
- Open the public calculator.
- Fill in the package and coverage information.
- Add extra hours, add-ons, travel, discount or VAT if needed.
- Review the quote total.
- Copy or print the result if those actions are available.
What happens to the result
The public calculator is not attached to a project. It does not create a project, invoice or payment.

- Use the public calculator for quick estimates.
- Use the workspace or project calculator when you want to save work inside Wedding Desk.
