Set up account access

Wedding Desk is currently in beta. These guides describe the workflows that are available now. Some articles are still being expanded with fuller instructions, screenshots and video.

Wedding Desk uses approved workspace access. This article explains what that means for new users.

How access works

The login page is for people who already have access. The register page sends users back to login, because open self-registration is disabled for this workspace.

Steps

  1. Ask the workspace owner or Wedding Desk support to approve your email address.
  2. Open the login page.
  3. Use Send Magic Link or Continue with Google.
  4. Sign in with the approved email address.

What happens after access is approved

The approved account can enter the private workspace. If the email address is not approved, Wedding Desk blocks access and shows an access error.

Tips & suggestions

  • Do not create a second account with a different email address unless support asks you to.
  • If you changed email addresses, contact support before trying to sign in again.
