Use this article to sign in to a private Wedding Desk workspace.
Before you start
Workspace access is approved. Self-registration is not open on the public site. If you do not have access yet, contact Wedding Desk.
Steps
- Open the login page.
- Enter your Email address.
- Click Send Magic Link to receive a sign-in link by email.
- Or click Continue with Google if your workspace uses Google sign-in.
- Follow the sign-in step in your email or Google account.
- After sign-in, Wedding Desk opens your private workspace.
If sign-in does not work
You may see an error if the magic link cannot be sent, Google sign-in fails, your account is not allowed, or self-registration is disabled. Check that you are using the email address that has access to the workspace. If it still fails, contact support.
Tips & suggestions
- Use the same email address that was approved for the workspace.
- Magic links can expire. Request a new one if the old link no longer works.
