What this article covers
Create a project for one wedding. The project is where Wedding Desk stores the plan, notes, timeline, shot list, vendors, gear and delivery preparation.
Steps
- Open the dashboard.
- Click Create project or Start new project.
- Enter Partner 1 name.
- Enter Partner 2 name.
- Choose the Wedding date.
- Add the Location if you know it.
- Click Create project.
- Wedding Desk opens the project overview.
What happens after you create it
The new project appears on the dashboard and gets its own overview, details, timeline, shot list, vendors, gear and delivery areas. The date helps Wedding Desk place the project in upcoming work and date views.
Tips & suggestions
- Create one project per wedding.
- Use Project details after creation to add package, contact and delivery information.
