Check this first
- Make sure you are using the email address approved for Wedding Desk.
- Click Send sign-in email and check your inbox and spam folder.
- Open the newest email only, because a new email replaces the previous link and code.
- Sign in within ten minutes, since the link and the code both expire after that.
- Try Continue with Google if you normally use Google sign-in.
The code is refused
The six-digit code comes from the most recent sign-in email and works once.
- "That code is incorrect. Check the email and try again." means the digits do not match the newest email. Open that email again and retype the code.
- "That code has expired. Send a new email to get a fresh code." means more than ten minutes passed. Use Send a new email.
- "Too many attempts. Send a new email to get a fresh code." means the code was entered wrongly too often. Request a fresh email and enter the new code carefully.
The email does not arrive
- "Couldn't send the sign-in email. Try again." means the email could not be sent. Try again in a moment.
- "Too many attempts. Try again in a few minutes." means you requested too many emails in a short time. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
If nothing arrives at all, check the spam folder and confirm you typed the approved address. Use Use a different email to correct it.
Access and account messages
- "This account does not have access to Wedding Desk." means that address has no access yet.
- "New accounts cannot be created here." means the login page never creates an account.
- "Google sign-in failed. Please try again." means the Google step did not complete.
- "Sign-in is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." means sign-in is unavailable for everyone right now, so this is not a problem with your account.
Read Account access if you do not have access yet.
If it still does not work
Contact support and include:
- the email address you are trying to use
- whether you used the email link, the six-digit code or Google
- the exact error message
- whether you recently changed browser, device or email address
Tips & suggestions
- Never forward a sign-in email or share the code, because both give access to your account.
- Request a new email instead of reusing an old link or code.
