Check this first
- Make sure you are using the email address approved for the workspace.
- Request a new Magic Link.
- Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Try Continue with Google if you normally use Google sign-in.
- If you see an access error, your email may not be allowed for this workspace.
Common messages
You may see messages such as:
- Google sign-in failed. Please try again.
- Magic link could not be sent. Please try again.
- This account is not allowed to access this workspace.
- Self-registration is disabled for this workspace.
If it still does not work
Contact support and include the email address you used, the sign-in method and the exact error message.
