Use Also save to Contacts when a project vendor should become a reusable contact.
Steps
- Open the project.
- Go to Vendors.
- Click Add vendor.
- Enter a contact name or company.
- Fill in useful shared contact details.
- Select Also save to Contacts.
- Add wedding-specific notes if needed.
- Click Save vendor.
What happens after saving
Wedding Desk saves the vendor to the current project and creates a reusable contact record. Wedding-only notes and timeline links stay on this project.
Tips & suggestions
- Save vendors to Contacts when you expect to work with them again.
- Do not put one-wedding instructions in the reusable contact notes.
