Review vendor gaps

What Review gaps checks

Review gaps shows vendors without a name, or without both a phone number and an email address. It does not make every other field mandatory.

Use it before the wedding day or before publishing contact details. A result means the vendor may be difficult to identify or contact; it does not mean every optional field must be completed.

Steps

1. Open Vendors.
2. Choose Review gaps.
3. Open a vendor from the filtered list.
4. Add the missing name or company, or add a phone number or email address.
5. Choose Update vendor.
6. Choose Show all to return to the complete list.

When you update general contact details, the new details are also available in Contacts and other projects that use that contact. Notes and Timeline links for this wedding stay in the current project.

Add Timeline links separately when the vendor should appear with specific moments.
