What this article covers
Use Contacts for reusable people, companies and locations. Use Vendors for the role that a person or company has in one wedding project.
Steps
- Open Contacts.
- Click Add contact.
- Enter the name or company.
- Add role, email, phone, website or social links if needed.
- Add address or notes if the contact record needs them.
- Save the contact.
- Open a project and add the contact as a vendor when it is part of a wedding.
What happens after saving
The contact becomes reusable. You can select it later when adding a project vendor, instead of typing the same details again.
Tips & suggestions
- Keep reusable notes general.
- Put wedding-specific notes on the project vendor instead.
