Share a questionnaire link

What this article covers

Questionnaire sharing happens through the client request on the Intake page. This is intentional: the couple can receive one request link instead of several separate links.

Before you share

Make sure the questionnaire is ready. If you still need to edit questions, use Edit questionnaire questions.

Steps

  1. Open the project.
  2. Go to Questionnaire.
  3. Confirm the questionnaire is ready.
  4. If the page says Sharing happens from the Intake page, click Open Intake.
  5. On the Intake page, review the client request.
  6. Use Preview if you want to check what the couple sees.
  7. Use Copy link from the Intake link area.
  8. Send that link to the couple.

What happens after the couple answers

Submitted questionnaire answers appear in the questionnaire answers area. Review them before moving anything into the plan.

Use Review questionnaire answers when responses come in.

What not to assume

A questionnaire answer does not automatically rewrite the timeline, shot list, vendors or gear. Treat answers as source material until you move them into the relevant workspace.
