Use the Project overview

What Project Overview does

Project Overview shows Ready for the day, Next suggested step and Still to review, alongside Timeline preview and Timeline details such as missing times or locations, the Timeline window, the coverage window and the planned moments.

Use it when you want to know which part of the project needs attention or where to continue.

Photography conditions

Photography conditions shows the forecast and the Golden hour window for the wedding date and location.

It needs the wedding location to work. Without one it says so instead of showing a forecast, so add the location in Project details if the card looks empty. The forecast is planning guidance for a date that may still be far away, not a promise about the day itself.

How to use it

  1. Read Next suggested step.
  2. Review Still to review.
  3. Use Timeline preview to scan the plan.
  4. Open the relevant part of the project to make the change.

Use Timeline preview to review the plan. If a time or location is missing, follow the link and update it in Wedding Timeline. Make other detailed changes in Shot List, Vendors, Gear Preparation or the relevant project page.

What changes the overview

The overview updates as you complete Project details, Intake, Wedding Timeline, Shot List, Vendors, Gear Preparation, On The Day and Delivery preparation. For example, adding missing Timeline times updates the Timeline status, while completing vendor details updates the Vendors section.

If the overview identifies an issue, use its link to open the relevant page, make the change there and return when you want to review the project again.

The planning checks help locate likely gaps but do not replace a final professional review of the wedding plan.
