Use this article when you cannot get back into your Wedding Desk workspace.
Check this first
- Confirm that you are using the approved email address.
- Request a new Magic Link from the login page.
- Check your inbox and spam folder.
- Try Continue with Google if that is how you normally sign in.
- If you see an access error, the email address may not be allowed for this workspace.
If it still does not work
Contact Wedding Desk support and include:
- the email address you are trying to use
- whether you used Magic Link or Google
- the error message you saw
- whether you recently changed browser, device or email address
Tips & suggestions
- Do not share magic links with another person.
- A new Magic Link is safer than reusing an old link.
