Fill in Intake together

When to use this

Choose Fill in together with the couple when you want to complete the enabled Intake sections during a call or meeting. Choose Send to couple when they should use the public link in their own time.

The guided session shows the same Intake sections and saved answers you see in the project, so you can work through them with the couple.

Steps

1. Open the project and go to Intake.
2. Choose Fill in together with the couple.
3. Select the available sections.
4. Choose Start session.
5. Use Save & continue, Skip for now or Save & finish as you work through the sections.
6. Review the Session summary and choose Back to Intake.

Saved answers appear in the normal Intake answer areas. Skipping a section leaves existing saved answers in place; unsaved changes in that section are discarded.

Saving and skipping

Use Save & continue to store the current section and move forward. Use Save & finish when you want to store the current work and end the guided session. Skip for now moves on without replacing an existing saved answer with unfinished changes.

After the Session summary, return to Intake to review the answers and any Shot List suggestions. The session does not add suggestions or change the Timeline automatically.
