Use Open live session when you want to record practical intake answers yourself while speaking with the couple.
Steps
- Open the project.
- Go to Intake.
- Click Open live session.
- Work through the visible intake fields.
- Enter the answers you collect during the call or meeting.
- Save or finish the session using the available action in the session.
What happens after the live session
The answers are stored as intake answers for the project. They can be reviewed later from the intake area and may support readiness or planning source state.
When to use this instead of sending a link
Use live intake when you are collecting answers during a meeting, call or internal planning session. Use the public client request link when the couple should fill it in themselves.
Current beta note
Public token submission behavior should be checked with a real active link before adding more detailed client-side instructions.
